THE CRAZY ANIMAL BAND
Once, I was walking without any talking and while I was walking there was a frog that was crocking.
The frog that crocking was playing guitar and his friend the rat worked the accordion…and that was bizarre!
All I knew to do was RUN!!!!!

To my surprise I was followed just for fun, by the deer playing the drum!
I told the band to SHHHH…be quiet!
Because the neighbors will think it’s me making the riot.
“Oh No” I thought and I went to tell everyone, it wasn’t me but they had already come!
They asked me if I started the clatter, I said “No! it was them that were at fault for the matter!”
I didn’t start it; as I had yelled before.
But to my surprise I was able to hear them shout ENCORE ENCORE!!!!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteHi Gracie-
ReplyDeleteYour poem was very cute! I made a picture in my head of a frog playing the guitar and it made me laugh.

ReplyDeleteGracie,
ReplyDeleteI lived behind your dads house when we were growing up. My mom said your dad was always such a nice little boy. Sounds like he has a beautiful family and a very talented, poem writing daughter! I think you ought to get published some day. Your poems are great! Take care and keep writing!..Lauren
